Growing a cover crop is one of the best things you can do for your soil and, in turn, for your garden. Cover crops increase organic matter, reduce erosion, attract beneficial insects, and so much more. Come learn some cover cropping techniques that you can apply in your home or community garden, and plant a cover crop this summer or fall! This class builds on topics covered in April's Small Scale Crop Rotation class, but it may also be taken on its own.
