A Wish Come True Birthday Party Contract
Birthday Parties at Susan’s Studio of Dance and Fitness are $200.00

This completed contract, along with a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure a booking.

All birthday parties are held on Friday’s and/or Saturday’s.

The remaining $100.00 will be due on the day of your scheduled party.

Birthday parties are booked at least two (2) weeks in advance.

We do not accept day of bookings.

Your date and time are not confirmed until you are contacted by Holly Meyer to verify receipt and availability.

Included Package Amenities
- One and a half hours (1.5 hours) beginning at the time selected above
- Table & Chairs
- Help with serving cake & drinks that you will provide
- 1-2 hosts to assist with Games, Entertainment/activity, opening gifts, and taking gifts out to the car.
Add-Ons
Holly Meyer of Paper Things Co. will create beautiful party-themed birthday invitations for you, upon request & for an additional cost.

Food & Beverages
- We do not provide: food, cake or beverages. However, you are more than welcome to provide these for the party.
- We ask that all beverages be non-alcoholic
- Our facility does not have a refrigerator or freezer, so all chilled items, will need to be brought to the party during your 30 minute set up time.
- Food deliveries should arrive within the 30 minutes of your setup time.
Set-Up & Guest Count:
- You can arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time (the time you selected above) to set up any special decorations, games, the cake, etc.
- We will contact you one week before your party to get a final guest count.
*Should you need to cancel your party, please notify us as soon as possible or within 48 hours of your party day and time.*
Submitting your contract & Payment:
- Completed contracts and a non-refundable $100.00 deposit are to be submitted to reserve your spot.
- Please be sure to notate on ALL payment methods - this is for YOUR CHILD’S NAME - Birthday party. This will help us dictate whether payments are for dance classes or for birthday parties.

FAQ
Q: Do you provide decorations?
A: No, however, we will be here, 30 minutes before your party - to assist you in setting up any of your own personal decorations.

Q: Is there a maximum number of guests I can invite to my child’s party?
A: We find that a guest list of about 10 children is a great fit for our facility. If you plan to invite more than 10 children, please be sure to let us know.
