Here is a list of current jobs we are looking for volunteers to perform on 1/25/2024. Shifts start at 8:00 am-3:00 pm. You are free to work all day or half a day.

Set-up (the number of people we need are in parenthesis beside the job description) *

(3) Hang Signage (outdoor and indoor)

(3) Label Service Rooms (i.e. podiatry, HIV)

(4) Table Set-up main Rooms

(4) Room Monitor (foot washing, HIV services, haircutsetc.)

(5) Peer Support (support someone who may need a friend for the day)

(5) Navigation Buddies (support people who may need to find a vendor or service room)

(5) Meet and Greet (inviting people into the space)

(3) Bathroom & Smoking Area Monitoring (check in on the space, support cleaning staff in keeping them tidy)

(3) Breakfast Room Monitor/s (support set-up and supporting guest as they wait for the event to begin)

All hands on Deck Pick up Trash Outside

(2) Pull up Sinage from Outside

(4) Clean up Private Service Rooms (empty trash, wipe off tables etc.)
