7th Grade Boys' Volleyball Sign Up Form 2025
Tryouts will take place on the following dates:
Tuesday, March 4th from 6:45 am - 8:00 am
Friday, March 7th from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
BE PREPARED TO ATTEND BOTH DAYS

If you're planning on trying out for this year's 7th - Grade Boys' Volleyball Team, please have a parent assist you in completing the following steps:

1. Fill out and submit this entire form.

2. Complete and turn in Interscholastic Permission/Health forms. 
These forms must be submitted through PowerSchool. Have your parents follow these instructions.
YOU WON'T BE ALLOWED TO TRYOUT UNLESS  FORMS ARE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO DAY ONE OF TRYOUTS
