Please ensure you've purchased a Game Library Card on our Engage before completing this form. If you wish to request a game to add to our library, please complete our request form instead.

When you borrow a game, you will pay a deposit of £20 in CASH to the committee when you receive the game. This will be kept in a locked money box. This deposit will be returned to you once you return the game unless you lose or damage the game.

You will receive your requested game at the following Monday social if it's available. Alternative arrangements may be discussed with committee. The default loan period is 14 days.

I understand that I will take full responsibility of the game I am borrowing.
In the event that I lose or significantly damage the game, I understand I will lose my deposit of £20.
I understand that the default loan period is 14 days, and I must contact committee before it ends if I wish to extend that period.
I understand that I will be subject to consequences if the game is not returned on time or if I do not contact committee to discuss any issues I may have during the loan period.

Note: If you do not agree to this, you will not be allowed to borrow games from our library.
