It’s just great that you decided to join us in this experience. Hopefully you feel inspired to clear physical and mental space and start some autumn cleaning!
Throughout October, we will tackle one area of life a week to organise and declutter to give yourself some peace of mind. At the start of each week, you will receive an email indicating what we will work on and get some tips on how to get started. Since we are in this together, you are all encouraged to support and motivate each other and show your results by the end of the week!
Here is an overview of the areas we will be working on:
Week 1 (4-10) : clothing
Week 2 (11-17) : digital clutter
Week 3 (18-24) : living space
Week 4 (25-31) : mental clutter
