If you have ALREADY COMPLETED this Housing Registration form, you do not need to resubmit it and may return to the conference website by clicking here. If you have NOT filled it out, we ask that all registrants take a moment to complete it, even if you plan to find and arrange your own accommodations. (If you are not sure or can't remember whether you have already completed it, it is permissible to resubmit the form, if desired. This form has been available to conference participants since July 10, 2024.)

This form is REQUIRED if you intend to stay at the official conference hotel, the HILTON GARDEN INN in Ithaca (or if you are thinking of doing so) but it should be completed by ALL conference participants. Rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn are available at a subsidized cost of $199/night (plus fees and taxes) for the duration of the conference. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the conference by the Hilton Garden Inn (but is limited to seven passengers per trip). Bus service (public transportation) is also available directly from the hotel location.

Completion of this form will allow those planning on booking the Hilton Garden Inn to access the GROUP CODE required to book a room at a subsidized rate (with the International Vladimir Nabokov Society generously paying $100/night to reduced the room rate from $299/night). The group code and a link to book your room will be sent to you via email after completing this form.

By completing this form and indicating your interest in staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, you will be contacted by the conference organizers with the GROUP CODE and a link to complete the hotel booking process. This process is necessary since the IVNS will be subsidizing all rooms booked with this group code, which should remain confidential.

Please note: While booking, the cost of the room will appear as $299/night, BUT your conference accommodations will be subsidized (partially pre-paid) by the International Vladimir Nabokov Society (at $100/night) and YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED $199/night (plus applicable fees and taxes). Under our contract with the Hilton Garden Inn, you may also book additional nights before or after the conference (e.g., Sunday, November 3rd) at the regular group rate of $299/night, but such additional nights will not be subsidized by the IVNS.
