2026 PC Barracudas Swim Evaluations

This form is for NEW swimmers under the age of 8 and returning Mini Barracudas. If your swimmer is 8 years old or older he/she will evaluate at the first practice. Your evaluation date will not change your spot on the waitlist. You will get an email from the team prior to the evaluation with details and specific instructions. If you have any questions you can email myself or Tina Johnson (president.barracuda@gmail.com)

If you are available for multiple dates please sign up for the earliest one.
