Thank you for being a part of our fundraising effort for Barbells for Boobs! We're looking forward to having you join us at Crossfit Danville on Sunday, October 30th beginning at 9:00 am. Helen Meets Grace is a partner workout (any combination of gender). There will be RX and Scaled Divisions.
The workout RX is:
3 Rounds for time
Run 400m
21 Swings 53/35
12 Pull ups
then…
30 Clean and jerks 135/95
*One partner works at a time; split reps as you see fit
** Both partners must run 400m together
Teams must either fundraise a combined $50 or make that donation to enter the event.
