Program description
Each participant will complete an online course presenting one of several approaches to increasing romantic and sexual success.  The course will consist of six lessons plus a pre and post survey. The basic lesson format is a short reading (a few pages), an assignment applying the reading to your life, and a short follow-up/written reflection.  There is some variability, but the assignments tend to be short (in the vicinity of 5 minutes) and/or designed to be worked into normal social interaction.  That said, the normal social interaction part does assume that you are frequently around women that you some interest in flirting with, asking out ect.  If this is not the case finding suitable women to interact with could take significantly more time
