You are applying to be considered as a cast member of Neighbors & Friends Season 8

Please ensure you meet the Eligibility Requirements (as set out below) before you start completing the Application Form. If any question is not applicable to you, please write “N/A” in the space provided.

These answers will not be shared with anyone, anywhere. For internal use only.

Lastly WE DON'T DISCRIMINATE. WE'VE HAD PEOPLE OF ALL WALKS OF LIFE ON THIS SHOW, GAY, STRAIGHT, BLACK, WHITE, RED, BLUE, YELLOW. JUST BE HONEST AND BE YOURSELF.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

I hereby represent and warrant that I meet all of the following eligibility requirements to participate in the Program, including without limitation:


1. Age: I am at least twenty-one (21) years of age. MUST SHOW PROOF OF VALID ID. It's okay if you aren't 21 at the time of applying just need to be 21 before the day of shooting. Please do not lie bout being 21...we will eventually find out and it will be awkward.

2. Identification: I understand and acknowledge that it may be necessary for me to provide two (2) valid forms of identification showing proof of my age and picture identification

3. Enrollment: You are currently enrolled at a College/University


If I am selected to participate in the selection process or the Program, I acknowledge that I will be required to sign all waivers and release agreements in connection with participating in the Program.
