DETAILS:
- Panels should not exceed 60 minutes including time for audience questions. There will be a grace period of 15 minutes between panels to assist panelists in their transitions.
- Limited Screens / Monitors may be available for panelists.
- Panelists are expected to be present and ready to go at designated panel site 15 minutes before panel start time.
- Panel site and schedule will be decided by Kaiju Brooklyn team. You may request a time range but please be aware that final scheduling decisions are up to the discretion of the Kaiju Brooklyn team.
- Panels should consist of no more than 4 panelists.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please be aware that panels will be approved solely at the discretion of the Kaiju Brooklyn team. Our goal is to present an exiting and unique experience for kaiju fans of all ages and we want to make sure our panels reflect a variety of topics and themes. Submission for a panel is not a guarantee your panel will be approved for the event.
- While we would love to host panels of all of our favorite franchises, the Kaiju Brooklyn team is dedicated to building a convention focused on a love for giant monsters. Please consider if you feel as though your panel is the right fit for the convention.
