TO REGISTER, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORM.  Beecher Community Schools, Century 21, and SYLVAN are offering K-6 summer school to help our scholars succeed. We will contact parents/guardians regarding placement status. REGISTRATION SPACE AVAILABLE TO SUBMIT UP TO THREE SCHOLARS PER FORM. If signing up more than three scholars PLEASE fill another form out for the remainder.  PLEASE SKIP THE SECTIONS THAT DO NOT PERTAIN TO YOUR FAMILY.

Summer school is Monday - Thursday from 8:30AM to 1:30PM. Buses will be provided. Breakfast will be served from 8:15AM to 8:30AM. Lunch will be provided.
