Applegate Evening Market's vision is to showcase vendors that sell or provide products and services that are either locally made, locally grown, or otherwise promote sustainability and/or support and promote our local community directly.

We are proud to be able to reimburse vendors for accepting both SNAP (EBT) and DUFB (Double Up Foodbucks) as payment from customers at our market. Select all that apply:

May - August: 5-8pm 
September & October: 4-7pm

Vendors must be completely set up 15 minutes before the market begins. (4:45pm and 3:45pm respectively)

Cancellation Notification: If a Vendor is unable to attend any market day, they must notify the Market Manager by email, text, or call at least 24 hours prior to the start of Market (by 5pm on Tuesday). If sufficient notice or reason is not provided, vendor must pay the entire booth fee prior to the next market.

Late/Failed PaymentsIn the event that a vendor fails to make their booth payment by 5pm on Wednesday (checks clearing by Friday 5pm that week), the vendor will not be permitted to attend the market until such payments are made.

Membership Fee: All vendors are required to become a member of the Applegate Evening Market (“AEM”)A 2024 AEM Membership Fee of $40 fee provides music for our events and weekly marketing. This fee will be due at your business's first market. 

Market Fee: Vendors are responsible for paying booth fees upon arrival. Checks must clear by the Friday after market. Market fees cover the compensation for our market manager(s). Booth fees for a 10’x10’ space are as follows: 

Artisans, crafters & farmers: $20 

Hot food & dinner vendors: $40

Insurance Requirement: All Vendors must have their own insurance to cover the extent of their operations and liabilities at AEM.

Certificate of Insurance - prior to operating at AEM, vendors shall provide a copy of a Certificate of Insurance to be kept on file for the season

General Liability Insurance - All vendors must provide general liability insurance listing The Lindsay Lodge as "additionally insured", as we are not liable for your property, products, or potential damage.

The valley is WINDY! Wind-blown canopies are a common cause of injuries at markets.

  I will not bring outside alcohol onto the grounds of The Lindsay.

By checking below, I acknowledge and agree that the Applegate Evening Market, its agents, members, and volunteers, and the Lindsay Lodge and any of its agents, shall have no liability for any incidental or consequential losses, costs, damages, or other expenses.
