[Firefox Student Ambassadors] Open Badge Request Form
Congrats on completing your first steps as a Student Ambassador!

The objective of this form is to analyze whether you have completed the steps necessary to receive a Firefox Student Ambassador Open Badge. If you have completed these steps, then a link to your Open Badge (and how to then apply for a Certificate of Identification)  will be emailed to you. If you have not completed these steps, please do so before filling out the form.

Steps to achieve a Firefox Student Ambassador Open Badge:
*Officially register for the program
*Become familiar with Mozilla (completes Step 1 of the first 5 steps that an Ambassador should do)
*Does a Facebook/Twitter/Google+ post about the program using the hash-tags (#firefox #students #mozilla) and provides a link to the registration form
*Creates or joins a Firefox Club (please first join a Firefox Club if there is already one located at your school!)
