SETX 2018 Senior Expo Registration
We are excited to feature your organization at our 2018 Senior Events.

Our vendors receive a number of additional marketing elements not typically provided with senior event booths:
- Banner Ad on SETXSeniorExpo.com
- Feature Article on SETXSeniorExpo.com
- Social Media Posts about your organization on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
- Early registrants are also highlighted in an article in the SETX Senior Resource Guide.

Vendor booths are $500 which includes table, chairs (on both sides of the table so seniors can talk with you), vendor breakfast - lunch - snacks, the above noted marketing elements, and invitations to our ongoing series of Senior Service Networking Mixers. SAVE $100 per event if you are participating in all four events.

Hospice & Home Health: There are (4) specialty booths for $1000 that include a classroom session for about 25 seniors. Educate seniors about your service and schedule in home visits, visits to your facility, or appropriate follow up. We provide breakfast or lunch for the seniors depending on the time of your class. This is the only level available for home health and hospice agencies due to the need for education on your service. WE ALSO LIMIT COMPETITION TO (2) HOSPICE and (2) HOME HEALTH AGENCIES. Other organizations may also choose this level. SAVE $250 per event if you are doing all four of our events at this level (like getting one event free).

Payment is due 30 days prior to each event. Earn an additional 10% off if you pre-pay for all four major events on or before February 15th, 2018

LOCAL VETERAN ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVE FREE BOOTHS - VFW, AMERICAN LEGION

There are (3) free booths available at each event for local churches on a first come, first serve basis. Typically, the church will be available to pray with seniors or provide a similar service.
