****IMPORTANT INFORMATION.  MUST READ BEFORE CONTINUING YOUR REQUEST***


ALUMNI TRANSCRIPTS - This form is for current GHHS Student ONLY.  Alumni request are made through the District.  Recent May graduates may request Final Transcripts until the start of the following school year (typically first week in August).  After that you will request your transcripts from the District at the following website:     https://www.avusd.org/departments/transcripts 

CSU TRANSCRIPTS -  CSU's Require 7th Semester Grades and Final Transcripts.  This means that CSU transcripts will not be processed until after 12th grade 1st Semester grades are final (around Jan 15th of each year).  Any request submitted before this date will be held for processing on or after this date.  Request made after Jan 15th will be processed as they come in. If you have been told by your CSU that you must submit a transcript before your 1st semester grades are final email Mrs. Avery separately to validate your request.  Final transcripts, (you have been Accepted and Plan to attend that CSU next fall) will be processed after graduation and final grades are published (typically within the 1st week in Jun).  

UC TRANSCRIPTS - UC's ONLY Require Final Transcripts.  This means UC transcript requests will not be processed unless it is for a final transcript, as in you have been Accepted and Plan to attend that university next fall.  Final transcripts will be processed after graduation and final grades are published (typically within the 1st week in Jun). If you have been told by your UC that you must submit a transcript for your admission application or for any other reason than a final transcript please also email Mrs. Avery separately to validate your request.
