-All renters must be City of Eden Prairie residents, no exceptions.
-All business rentals/non-profit organizations must be a City of Eden Prairie based business, no exceptions.
-This form is a request only not a guaranteed reservation.
-Requests will be processed in the order they are received.
-Please return the email within two hours, or the requested time slot may be made available to other potential renters.
-Park Facility Rentals are only completed when payment is received and contract is signed.
-Payment must be received within two business days of reservation confirmation.
You will be contacted by city staff within five business days of form completion.
