-All requests must be submitted via the below form.
-All renters must be City of Eden Prairie residents, no exceptions.
-All business rentals/non-profit organizations must be a City of Eden Prairie based business, no exceptions.
-This form is a request only not a guaranteed reservation.
-Requests will be processed in the order they are received.
-Park Facility Rentals are only completed when payment is received and contract is signed.
-Payment must be received within two business days of reservation confirmation.
