Behavioral Health Administration is asking for your feedback on BHA rules. Currently we are soliciting feedback on the following three rule volumes: 

2 CCR 502-1: Provider Rule Volume

Sets the licensing, designation, and approval requirements for certain services and facilities

2 CCR 502-5: System Rule Volume

How BHA shares the vision of the behavioral health system

2 CCR 502-6: Administrative Rule Volume

How certain programs, initiatives, or services are applied for and/or accessed  

Please review the draft rule volumes posted on the BHA Laws & Rules website. Feedback submitted through this Form will be compiled, reviewed, and addressed in the upcoming rulemaking process. Please include a keyword or topic to help guide the review process.
