The purpose of this form is to see how many we have interested in playing TVBA at the 5th-6th grade level. TVBA is different than community league and involves travel to different locations to play youth basketball.
Players compete on a school team against other school teams. High School rules are enforced and it is as close an elementary player can get to "real" basketball in this area. Each individual player/parent would be responsible for $50 for a team fee, another $50 for uniform costs, and $8.55 for player insurance. This does not include travel to the sites, practices, or meals for the players. Admission is generally $5. Weekly practices are held usually twice a week and games can be played from November through March depending on what the coaches decides.
By completing this form your are indicating that your child is extremely interested playing and you understand the requirements that are associated with TVBA. It is recommended that if you have interest in playing eventually for the school team you seriously consider TVBA. Please fill this form out before October 3rd. Evaluations will be October 5th this Thursday.
