Students in the MA of Arts Administration or a graduate certificate program (AEM, CSE, or F&D) may opt to complete 3-credit hours of internship as one of their electives by enrolling in AAD 699: Arts Administration Internship.

Each credit hour of the internship is equal to 50 working hours (3 credit hours x 50 = 150 internship work hours).

The internship must be completed at a nonprofit arts organization.

The learning contract MUST be completed and signed by all parties before the first hour of work is completed. Once a student is offered an internship, they can complete the learning contract which will be forwarded to the following people for signature and/or comment:
1. Site Supervisor
2. Director of Graduate Studies
3. Department Chair
