Gerbiama Vilniaus universiteto bendruomene,

Per praėjusių mokslo metų laikotarpį Vilniaus universitetą pasiekė ir studijas tęsė per 150 ukrainiečių, kuriems buvo suteiktas apgyvendinimas Universiteto bendrabučiuose arba buvo rastas apgyvendinimas su „Stiprūs kartu“ pagalba. Šį semestrą laukiama dar didesnio skaičiaus atvykstančiųjų. 

Kadangi nuo rugsėjo Vilniaus universiteto bendruomenę papildo gausus būrys pirmo kurso studentų (-čių), dalis įstojusiųjų ir dar tebeaplikuojančių ukrainiečių studentų (-čių) gali susidurti su gyvenamosios vietos stygiumi. 

Jeigu Jūs turite laisvą kambarį, namo dalį, laisvą butą ar išvykus pusmečiui studijuoti į užsienį paliekate nenaudojamą vietą bendrabučio kambaryje bei galite vienam semestrui ar bent mėnesiui-keliems iki kol atsirastų laisva vieta bendrabutyje  priimti ukrainietį (-ę) studentą (-ę), ši registracijos forma kaip tik Jums.

Dear Vilnius University community,

During the last academic year, over 150 Ukrainians reached Vilnius University and continued their studies, either by being accommodated in the University's dormitories or by finding accommodation with the help of "Strong Together". Even more arrivals are expected this semester. 

Since from September Vilnius university community will be amplified by a large number of first year students, some of the enrolled and still enrolling Ukrainian students will face a shortage of accommodation.

If you have a spare room, part of a house, a spare flat, or if you are leaving your dormitory room unused when you go abroad for a semester to study, and if you are able to host a Ukrainian student for a semester, or at least for a month or a few months, until a dorm space becomes available, then this registration form is the right form for you.

Apgyvendinimo suteikimo, priėmimo ir savanorystės taisyklės bei įsipareigojimai  /  Rules and obligations for the provision of accommodation, admission and volunteering

Patvirtinant savanorio registraciją patvirtinate, kad susipažinote su iniciatyvos taisyklėmis bei numatytais įsipareigojimais:

  1. Savanoris (asmuo sutinkantis apgyvendinti studentus iš Ukrainos) visais atvejais įsipareigoja pagarbiai ir etiškai elgtis su pagalbos prašančiais asmenimis bei nepažeisti Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų reikalavimų.

  2. Savanoris visais atvejais gali nutraukti savo savanorystę bent prieš savaitę iki gyvenančio asmens iškėlimo, informavus iniciatyvos organizatorius el. paštu  help.ua@vusa.lt.

  3. Apgyvendinimo prašančius asmenis (iš Ukrainos atvykusius VU studentus) Savanoris priima tik tuo atveju, jei būstas jam priklauso nuosavybės teise arba to nedraudžia kitos sutartys, pavyzdžiui, nuomos sutartis.

  4. Prieš sutinkant priimti apgyvendinimo prašantį asmenį reikia apie tai informuoti ir gauti sutikimą iš kitų kartu gyvenančių asmenų, jei turtas priklauso ne savanoriui – nekilnojamojo turto savininko.

  5. Privaloma gerbti priimamų asmenų teisę į privatumą.

  6. Užpildydamas registracijos anketą, asmuo patvirtina savo ketinimą priimti apgyvendinimo prašančius asmenis. Savanoris yra informuotas, kad prireikus jo pagalbos, Iniciatyvos organizatoriai su juo susisieks individualiai.

  7. Savanoris  įsipareigoja laikyti visą informaciją apie pagalbos prašančių asmenų tapatybę bei visus duomenis, galinčius leisti identifikuoti šiuos asmenis, konfidencialiai.

  8. Už patirtus Savanorio nuostolius suteikiant apgyvendinimą iniciatyvos organizatoriai neatsako, tai savanorio bei apgyvendinto asmens atsakomybė.

  9. Savanoris įsipareigoja nepažeisti iniciatyvos organizatoriaus ir asmenų, kurių labui atliekama Savanoriška veikla, teisėtų interesų bei sąžiningai atlikti Savanorišką veiklą.

  10. Savanoris patvirtina, jog yra informuotas, kad Savanoriška veikla yra neatlygintina.

  11. Savanoris patvirtina, kad savanorio registracijos formoje naudoja tikrus savo asmens duomenis. Savanoris yra informuotas, kad netikrų ar kito asmens duomenų naudojimas gali užtraukti atsakomybę Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų numatyta tvarka.

By confirming the registration of the volunteer, you confirm that you have familiarised yourself with the rules of the initiative and the obligations provided for:

  1. The volunteer ( a person who agrees to accommodate students from Ukraine) in all cases undertakes to treat individuals requesting help with respect and ethics and not to violate the requirements of the legal actsof the Republic of Lithuania.

  2. In all cases, the volunteer can stop volunteering by informing the organizers of the initiative by e-mail help.ua@vusa.lt at least one week until the eviction of the resident.

  3. Persons requesting accommodation ( VU students who came from Ukraine) are accepted by the volunteer only if the housing is owned by him or is not prohibited by other contracts, for example, a lease agreement.

  4. Before agreeing to accept a person applying for accommodation, you need to inform about this and obtain consent from other cohabiting persons, if the property is not owned by the volunteer -  the owner of the real estate.

  5. In case of loss of Vilniu university student status, inform the organizers by e-mail help.ua@vusa.lt within five working days.

  6. Obey the legitimate requirements of protection, fire safety, energy, ecological and other control services and comply with the provisions of fire safety and sanitation.

  7. The volunteer undertakes to keep confidential all information about the identity of the persons requesting assistance and all data that may allow the identification of these persons.

  8. The organizers of the initiative are not responsible for losses in providing accommodation, it is the responsibility of the volunteer and the accommodated person. 

  9. The volunteer undertakes not to violate the legitimate interests of the organizer of the initiative and the persons on whose behalf the Volunteering is carried out, and to carry out the Volunteering activity in good faith.

  10. The volunteer confirms that he is informed that the voluteering activities are not paid.

  11. The volunteer confirms that they use their real personal data in their registration form. The volunteer is informed that the use of a falsified or other individuals personal data may entail liability in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
