Satisfaction Questionnaire  (IPSA RC NAGASAKI 2019)
  The purpose of this form is to collect information necessary for our reception of funding from Nagasaki International Tourism and Convention Association. Please answer all questions. The link to the full papers site will be provided after you  answer all the questions and submit the form.
  Our target is 300 person*nights, and we have about 80 participants from abroad, which means we will welcome if you include your co-travellers into the count.
  Your information is collected ONLY to provide a prima facie evidence to the Association about your participation and stay. The information will be discarded after the reception of the funds from the Association. Thank you for your understanding.
