SCIVIS Group Leader Registration
Hello Chaperones!
Registration for SCIVIS is now open!  The dates will be Sept. 27 to Oct. 1, 2026 (departure date Oct. 2). The first step in this new process is to register as a group.  

To register as a group leader.  This is usually someone from your school or a vision teacher  as a chaperone.  See below for instructions. Groups can be for as little as one attendee as long as there is a chaperone accompanying the student. If parents are dropping you off and you will be attending without a chaperone, please select SCIVIS Individual Registration and the Space Camp Reservations number will be your contact (800-63-SPACE (77223) or scivis-camp@spacecamp.com.

NOTE: All payments will be paid directly to Space Camp. If you are an organization or school, and have not previously registered as a vendor, you will need to do so. Contact teria@spacecamp.com. Scholarships are held on account and require no additional payment for Northrop-Grumman or St. Louis Lighthouse.

Group Registration Instructions
If you want to register as part of a group, your group leader or chaperone must first enroll his or her group by complete the form below. Once that is entered into the registration system at Space Camp (can take up to a week), you will receive an invitation to register your student(s) or child.
Once the group leader is registered, then the chaperone/group leader you will be able to see which students are registered, which forms are completed, etc.  You can begin the registration process with the parents. Chaperones must also register.
For this pre-registration form you will need to know the following:
1. Group Name – Please please please DO NOT use SCIVIS in the name of the group.
2. Your name – – please list only one chaperone, who will be the leader
3. Your email address that will be used throughout the registration process.  If you change your email address and Space Camp will be unable to contact you. This happens every year with group leaders who use an email address they cannot access during the summer, weekends, etc. and causes many problems.
4. Your cell phone or daily number
5. The number of students you wish to have in your group.
6. The number of students for each program
NOTE:  Don’t freak out. This can be changed, numbers added or subtracted.  Space Camp just needs to know so they can reserve slots for you, if they are available.
