Role SummaryThe Sales Coach is responsible for developing, training, and supporting the sales teams across Milliken Corporation, Milliken Builders, and Milliken Rentals. This role will focus on equipping our sales specialists with the tools, skills, and accountability they need to achieve consistent growth, maintain profitability, and uphold Milliken’s culture of integrity and excellence.
The person in this role will track performance data, identify areas of opportunity, and implement coaching strategies that improve both individual and team success.The Sales Coach will serve as a resource for scripting, standards, time management, proposals, and estimates, while also instilling discipline, confidence, and customer-first values.
Key ResponsibilitiesQualifications & SkillsProven experience in sales leadership, coaching, or training roles.
Strong understanding of proposals, estimating, and profit margin analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different personality types and learning styles.
Highly organized, disciplined, and data-driven with strong time management skills.
Creative problem-solver who can develop scripts, tools, and tactics that elevate sales performance.
