To qualify for the American Sanitation scholarship, you must live in a household that is a current customer of American Sanitation. By filling out this form you attest that this is a true statement and that you are a current high school senior at Webster City or South Hamilton school. The American Sanitation scholarship will be split in half and awarded to 1 senior at Webster City school and 1 senior at South Hamilton school. They will be awarded during their schools scholarship ceremony night. *
