On August 26th 6:00pm-9:00pm, Live from The Akoo Showroom  come and join some of the most influential bloggers in NYC as they take you on an entertaining journey filled with good music, laughter, and an unrivaled networking experience that will give participants deep insight on emerging artists, record labels, publicists, industry news, and all types of music that bloggers enjoy.


Global Grind’s BlogXilla will host this year’s Blogger Appreciation Mixer, alongside Media Maven Datwon Thomas. Then Blogxilla will introduce 4 bloggers, and each of them will explain their music selection with a brief presentation. This year’s Participants are Shade45 Shaheem Reid, Bill Board Patrica Meschino, RapRadar Brain "B.Dot" Miller,AllHipHop.com Steve Raze, & more. We will end the night up with a special performance by Detroit artist Rell Jerv.


Past participants of our Blogger Appreciation Mixer includes MTV’s Rob Markman, Global Grind’s Brittany Lewis, ThisIs50’s Jack Thriller, Atlantic Records’ Rahim “The Dream” Wright, Rae & Gabriel of Stuff Fly People Like, and many other A-list influencers.


Our 1st Blogger Appreciation Mixer was held on October 23, 2013 at John Ricard Studio, and it was a huge hit, so much so that a 2nd mixer was launched the following year at Studio XXI, where another diverse group of bloggers from ThisIs50 to MTV, and outside sponsors like Smoke Liquors, 20 Grand Vodka, Peach Jewelry, Diamond Shisha Hookah, and Cuban Cigars, all came together to make the event a great night to remember. The 3rd event will  be sponsored by Monster Energy Drinks, PrimroseCoutureEvents,MadefromScracth, &more
