Sponsorship Request Guidelines

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The Brockton Area Branch NAACP values its partnerships with local organizations that work to uplift and empower our community. To request funding or sponsorship, please complete this form. All requests must be submitted through this form and will be reviewed on the second Monday of each month. Organizations should plan accordingly to align their deadlines with our review schedule.

To be eligible, organizations must actively support the mission of the Brockton Area Branch NAACP and have at least two current, paid members affiliated with our Branch. Upon approval, the requesting organization is required to attend, repost, and share a minimum of two of our events within the calendar year as a demonstration of our collaborative commitment.

Please note that due to the high volume of sponsorship requests we receive, we may not have the capacity to fulfill every request. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working together to make a meaningful impact in our community.

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the requirements for collaboration with the Brockton Area Branch NAACP. I confirm that the organization requesting sponsorship meets the eligibility criteria, including having at least two current, paid members affiliated with the Branch, and agrees to attend, repost, and share a minimum of two NAACP events within the calendar year if sponsorship is approved. I also understand that sponsorship requests are reviewed on the second Monday of each month, and it is my responsibility to align deadlines accordingly. Additionally, I recognize that the Branch receives a high volume of sponsorship requests and may not have the capacity to approve every submission.
