General Information
Electricity is available for FOOD MERCHANTS only.
Primitive camping is available on site for tents and RV's (NO plug ins or water hookups available)

ALL Merchants must have insurance with a minimum of $1,000.000/occurrence and General Aggregate of $2,000,000

Verbiage for Underwriter:
"Washington Renaissance Arts and Education Society, Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire, and the Kelley Farm, LLC and their agents, officers, employees, and servants are made additional insureds. ” August 3,4 & 5, 10,11 & 12, 17,18 & 19, 2018 ." REFUND POLICY: Full refund can be requested up to 60 days before Faire - June 1, 2018 in writing via email or letter to the Merchant Coordinator. After that date there is NO refund and all fees paid become property of the Washington Renaissance Arts & Education Society.
