Over time, car seats collect crumbs, spills, germs, and hidden messes often hard to tackle at home, but Mini Seat Magic uses gentle, non-toxic, and safe products along side detailed cleaning techniques to make your seat look and feel brand new!

Thank you for booking with Mini Seat Magic! We’re grateful for your trust and are committed
to delivering safe, effective, and responsible service. Please take a moment to review our service terms and liability information. 

Service Pricing
• Standard Car Seat Cleaning: $35 per seat
• Pickup & Delivery: $10-20 per booking (depending on distance) (Pea Ridge - free)
We pick up your car seat(s) before cleaning and return them the following morning. If you
prefer to drop off and pick up yourself, we’ll coordinate times accordingly.

What’s Included in Our Service:
• Trash removal from seat crevices
• Full vacuum of entire seat
• Spot cleaning of outer fabric
• Gentle shampoo of outer fabric shell using baby-safe products
• Water-only deep cleaning of hard plastic bases 
• High-pressure air blowout for deep debris removal


Manufacturer Compliance
Before each cleaning, we require customers to provide the make and model of their car
seat(s). Our team reviews the manufacturer’s care instructions and warranty guidelines to
ensure we clean each seat in the safest, most compliant way possible. Due to safety and regulatory constraints Mini Seat Magic is unable to perform services on any expired, damaged, or defective car-seat(s), which could result in a non-refundable booking. 

We strive for only the best results; however some stains, odors, or wear may be permanent. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, fading, or normal wear. 

By booking with Mini Seat Magic, you agree to release and hold harmless Mini Seat Magic and its
owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives (collectively referred to as
“Mini Seat Magic”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses — whether known or
unknown — that may arise from the cleaning and handling of your car seat(s).
This release applies to all potential legal or financial claims related to, but not limited to, the
condition, function, or safety of the car seat after cleaning. You acknowledge that proper
reinstallation and inspection of your car seat after cleaning is your responsibility as the
parent or guardian.
You further agree not to pursue or bring any legal action against Mini Seat Magic in connection
with the above.

In any case, Mini Seat Magic’s total liability for any claims related to its services shall not exceed
the amount you paid for the cleaning service provided. This limitation applies regardless of
the type of claim — whether based on contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

At Mini Seat Magic, we follow all manufacturer guidelines and
recommendations when cleaning car seats, including
using only approved cleaning methods for straps, padding,
and plastic components. While we take great care to
clean your car seat safely and responsibly, Mini Seat Magic is
not liable for any damage, malfunction, or injury that may
occur following cleaning, including in the event of a car
accident.
It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure
that the car seat is reinstalled correctly and remains in
safe working condition. If you have any concerns, we
recommend referring to your car seat’s manual or
contacting the manufacturer directly.

Payment is due at time of booking. Mini Seat Magic has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation after cancellation window will be subject to non refundable booking fee ($15) 
We understand life happens! We offer *2* reschedules with service. After the second reschedule - if client is still unable to keep appointment, payment will be subject to non refundable booking fee ($15)
