2020-2021 HSS-Austin Bus Rider Agreement Form
Please see the AM bus departure time below for HSS-Austin students. Departure times are approximate and delays may happen from time to time depending on weather, traffic, and/or road conditions. Changes to the current routes will be communicated to parents in a timely basis.

We ask that our parents please be patient with the bus arrival and departure times. Safety is first for our students. Parents, please be safe and aware of the surroundings during bus drop off and pick up.

If your HSS-Austin student is a bus rider of any of our 3 bus depot locations, please register your email or cell phone number today with "Remind 101". When you register you will have access to real time updates regarding your student's bus including morning or afternoon delays. This will allow us a quicker and more efficient way to send information & updates to you when we receive them.

BUS RULES
1. Follow the driver’s directions at all times.
2. Enter and leave the vehicle in an orderly manner.
3. Keep feet, books, instrument cases, and other objects out of the aisle.
4. Do not damage (no pins, pencils, markers, etc.) the vehicle or its equipment.
5. Do not put head, hands, arms, legs, or any object out of any window, or throw objects within or out of the bus.
6. Do not eat or drink while in the bus.
7. Observe all usual classroom rules.
8. Be seated while the vehicle is moving and remain seated until instructed by the driver.
9. Fasten seat belts, if available.
10. Wait for the driver’s signal in order to cross in front of the vehicle

Parents are expected to arrive for drop off and pick up at their designated bus stop at the times posted. Additionally, students are to follow all bus rider rules, failure to do so can result in the student losing their bus transportation privileges.

I understand that I am releasing Harmony School of Science - Austin from responsibility and liability or claims which may arise, or in connection with my child using transportation in route or on school property.
