Pizza Order Form 2025-26
Students at Summit may enjoy lunches brought from home or place an order for pizza each week. 

If you would like to order pizza for your student(s) please complete the below form each week for each of your students. If you have a student who attends Summit more than one day per week, submit the form for each day they attend.

Pizza is $2 a slice. You may add money to your family's pizza account through Infinite Campus (Jeffco Student Fee Payment). Instructions can be found toward the bottom of this page. You may also pay for pizza in the office (exact cash, check, credit card).


                           This order form CLOSES each attendance day from 8:45am until noon.
                            Orders are not able to be submitted during this time via any method.


IMPORTANT NOTES
  • consider setting an alarm so that you don't forget to place your order(s)
  • orders may be placed beginning at noon on Friday for the following week
  • we do not offer standing orders, you must complete this form each week day for each student
  • you will not receive an order confirmation if email is entered incorrectly, please double check email
