Camp Requirements
ELEMENTARY CAMP is for students entering grades 2-5* in the fall of 2018.

MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP is for students entering grades 5* - 9 in the fall of 2018.

*5th grade students may choose between Elementary and Middle School camps.

Medical Help Permission *
I give the staff of USP Drama Camp permission to obtain medical help for my child in the event of an emergency.
Off Site Visits Permission *
I give the staff of USP Drama Camp permission to take my child to the Union Street Players Costume Shop, the Pella Opera House, or Central College Kruidenier Center.
Within a few minutes of submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to make your camp payment. Please check your spam mailbox if you don't receive an email within 1 hour.

IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR A WAITING LIST: Do not pay a fee unless you are contacted with an opening opportunity.


$65 for first child
$45 for second sibling
$35 each for any additional siblings

(Please fill out a separate registration for each child. You can then make one combined payment.)
