Board Game Swap Meet Code of Conduct Form 
Due to the popularity of this event, we need to make some changes to how the event is run. We are so grateful for everyone who participates in our swap meet, and that it has been so well recived by our community over the years. As the event grows, we feel the need to update our rules and policies to ensure this event remains safe and fun for all involved. 

Please carefully read each section of the updated policies and enter your initials into the text box to indicate that you have read and agreed to each rule.

LABEL YOUR GAMES -

Your game must be labeled with :

-Your full name as it appears on your rewards account

-The last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your rewards account

-The name of the game

-The price you are selling the game for. ( The price of the game is the amount of store credit we will apply to your rewards account if it is purchased.

GETTING STORE CREDIT - Store credit for sold games will be applied AFTER THE EVENT.

ATTACH LABELS - Labels must be well secured, but easy enough for our staff to remove if your game is purchased.

HAGGLING / NEGOTIATING - You are welcome to stay near your games and haggle with customers who are interested in purchasing your games. YOU MAY NOT approach customers who are not already showing interest in your games

KEEP THE SALES FLOOR CLEAR - While you are allowed to stay with your games during the event, please be courteous to customers who are not here to participate in the swap meet. Do not stand in front of or block shelves of products. Do not loiter near the front desk where employees are processing transactions.

KEEP THE SWAP MEET AREA CLEAR- Please do not leave bags/ boxes/ or carts behind when you leave your games at the meet. Whatever you use to transport your games to the store, should leave the store with you after you drop off your games. Boxes, bags, and carts that are left behind will be removed or thrown away.

DROPPING OFF GAMES- You may drop your games off to sell when we open at 11 a.m. on the first day of the Swap Meet. You may not leave games at the store prior to the event.

BE COURTEOUS TO OTHER SELLERS - Avoid stacking your games on top of other sellers’ games. We understand that tables fill up very fast, but please be courteous to one another and do not cover other people’s games. Throughout the event, staff members may move and reorganize games for ease of shopping.

PICKING UP YOUR GAMES AFTER THE EVENT - Customers have until closing time on the Monday after the event to pick up their games that did not sell. Games that are left behind after this point will be donated to local libraries and organizations.

GAME COMPONENTS - Phoenix Fire Games DOES NOT check games for components. You are welcome to check games for missing/damaged pieces before purchasing.

HANDLE GAMES WITH CARE - As you shop for games, please handle boxes with care. Please be careful when moving boxes not to shake or jumble the pieces inside too much.

The board game swap meet is intended to be a FUN opportunity for community members to offload their old games or find a great deal on a game they want. Help us keep the event and environment fun for everyone by being courteous and kind to one another throughout the event.
