By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms.

ELIGIBILITY: This is a contest of skill, knowledge, and/or ability rather than random selection, and does not include the consumption or use of alcoholic beverages in order to win. No purchase is required to enter. You must be at least 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to submit an Entry (as defined below). Authorized licensees, retail licensees, wholesale licensees, or agents, officers, employees or family members of any authorized licensee, retail licensee or wholesale licensee shall not be awarded any contest prize. For purposes of this paragraph, “family member” means a spouse, parent, sibling, child, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and all lineal descendants including those by adoption.

ENTRY: Submit an original non-published blog post on a crafting project ("Entry"). Entrants whose entry is selected by The Bruery for publication by The Bruery on The Bruery digital property (i.e., blog, newsletter, website), will receive a "SWAG Package" from The Bruery consisting of branded The Bruery merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, hats, posters, promotional material), selected at The Bruery's sole discretion. Total retail value of the SWAG Package will be $25 and may not be exchanged for cash. Entrants selected by The Bruery, who receive a SWAG Package, are responsible for any taxes, duties, extraordinary shipping charges, or other costs associated with receiving the SWAG Package. The Bruery may terminate this program at any time. Winner(s) will be determined based on the following factors: Originality (25%); Composition (25%); Entertaining (25%); Adherence to Theme (25%)

If your Entry is selected for use by The Bruery, you acknowledge that you assign to The Bruery, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively "The Bruery") the entire right, title, and interest in and to the copyright in your Entry including the right to sue for past infringement and the right to further sublicense the Entry, for its sole and exclusive use on and in connection with the Items. You also acknowledge that you waive all "moral" rights that you may have in and to your Entry. If your Entry is selected, The Bruery may use your Entry in any manner on or in connection with the using the Entry on The Bruery website and on promotional material for The Bruery, and registering the Entry with the US Copyright Office in the name of The Bruery, LLC as the Claimant, and you as the Author. You agree to provide The Bruery with minimal information as may be required in order to register the copyright in the Entery if The Bruery so requests, at no cost.

You may use or continue to use the Entry for any other purposes, except those described below.

If your Entry is selected, you may not use the Entry (or derivatives of the Entry) or allow others to use the Entry (or derivatives of the Entry) on any Items, as described above. In addition, by submitting your Entry, you may not reproduce, sell, or submit the Entry to others for any commercial purpose for ninety (90) days after the date of submission while the Entry is being evaluated by The Bruery. Once the ninety (90) days have passed, if your Entry is not chosen for publication by The Bruery, you are free to use the Entry for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. However if your Entry is used elsewhere, you must notify The Bruery by email info@thebruery.com about where and when the Entry will be used, so that it can be removed from the The Bruery website at that time. In addition, if the Entry is used or reproduced for commercial purposes elsewhere, you cannot use The Bruery logos, images, graphics or text material nor can you use The Bruery blogs to promote the Entry or the company using the Entry. The Bruery reserves the right to choose your Entry after the (90) days have passed, on the condition that the Entry has not been used for commercial purposes on any Items, as described above.

You acknowledge that the Entry you are assigning to The Bruery is your own original work, has not been previously published, and does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party, or any material, which The Bruery in its sole discretion, deems to be profane or offensive.

Use of Material:

The Bruery LLC ("The Bruery") authorizes you to view and download the contents of the Trade section on this website, such as images, graphics, and text material (the “Material”), solely for the promotion of The Bruery and The Bruery products. The Bruery grants you the right to reproduce and distribute the Material without destroying the visual integrity or otherwise compromising the Material, and solely for such promotional purposes. The rights granted herein shall not confer on you any rights of ownership in or to the Material, including, without limitation, the copyright and other intellectual property rights thereto, which shall be and remain the exclusive property of The Bruery.

The Material is protected by copyright under United States laws. Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy you make of the Material. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute or otherwise use the Material in any way for any commercial or personal purpose, other than the promotion of The Bruery and The Bruery products. By way of example only, you may not use images or other Material from the website to promote other breweries, or in articles about the beer industry generally that do not refer to The Bruery.

THE BRUERY RESERVES ALL RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY GRANTED HEREIN.

If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the material automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the material, and The Bruery may pursue any remedy available at law or in equity against you.
