The early promise of peace technologies or technologies that can aid in the solving of conflicts has matured into questions of practical application for the technology and its development. Simultaneously, the use and importance of social media in fueling growth through hate speech has grown.
In this SaferGlobe talk, we ask: What are the current discussions and lessons learned in peace technology? How about the most promising future initiatives? What should happen next in the field of peace and technology? What are the future opportunities and potential risks to consider?
