2025 Trunk or Treat Vendor Application
Host a Trunk at our 5th Annual Trunk or Treat Saturday, October 25th 12pm-2pm held at Essentials of Life Chiropractic 

Set up and decorating trunks on Saturday October 25th will be from 11:15am-12pm. We will block off the parking lot at 11:45am. 

You are welcome to hand out promotional items as well as candy at the event, last year we had over 1000 kids come through! 
We will need to know the theme of your trunk no later than October 15th.

More details will be emailed about parking, set up, etc the week of the event.
