Include your full name and “WMSS2026” in the e-transfer message.

You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed. Registration is only confirmed once payment is received via e-transfer.

Note: Hotel accommodation is not covered in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own lodging. We do have a discounted rate with Paradox Hotel:

$319/night in Cityscape King guest room (can fit up to 2 people)
$349/night in Executive Two Queen guest room (can fit up to 4 people)
$379/night in Paradox Two Queen Balcony guest room (can fit up to 4 people)

We also have discounted airfare with Air Canada (5-12% depending on select flights) and Westjet (5-10%). Promotion codes will be sent in a separate email post-ticket purchase.

Tickets reserved for students presenting accepted oral & poster presentations can be purchased now or at a later time, but please keep in mind increased travel expenses with delayed registration.
