Hello Artisans, Farmers and Foodies

We are so excited for you to join us this season! Here at Exclusively Creative Markets we keep costs low for vendors while using our 50 years of collective experience to bring you everything you could possibly need in a market.

Exclusively Creative Markets is located at Walnut Grove Lutheran Church at 20530 88 Ave, Langley Twp, BC

We are handmade, farm grown or kitchen created and at this time we are not accepting MLM, alcohol or cannabis vendors.

At Exclusively Creative Markets we carry insurance for the site. We do not cover theft or damage to products or vendor displays. So we strongly suggest you carry your own vendor insurance, although not required, unless you are a high risk food vendor.

All applications will be replied to in a timely manner. Categories will be limited to create market variety. Once categories are full we will be posting them on social media. We will also be accepting a limited number of junior entrepreneurs per market, each Junior Entrepreneur must have a parent or guardian present at all times. Junior entrepreneurs are 16 years or younger.

Please note vendor spaces are non transferable.

Market is indoor/ outdoor but also rain or shine,  please dress appropriately and be prepared. Exclusively Creative Markets is not liable for any damage due to weather.
No tables, tents or chairs will be provided inside or outside. Tent weights are MANDATORY, minimum 20 pounds per leg. If you do not have weights, you will be required to remove your tent.

All Outside Spaces are on pavement, vendors can drive to their spots and unload without setting up, and move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking area.

All Inside Spaces will have the option to set up the night before (time frame to come), once unloaded please move your vehicles to the designated vendor parking area.

All Food Vendors will be business as usual with current regulations, until said time changes have been officially announced. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Washrooms are located inside the church for vendors and customers to use.

Please help promote the market by posting and inviting your customers. We will be proactively advertising on social media, please feel free to tag or collaborate with us (@exclusivelycreativemarkets) We will be posting vendor highlights before and during the market. Large signs/ banners will be posted throughout the community. Paid advertising on social media and advertising on local community groups will also be done.

Please send 3-5 high quality photos of your products to use in promotional material. Please send to exclusivelycreative@outlook.com upon completion of your application. *
Please let us know if you would like to have us provide your contact information to the public upon request. *
I agree to Exclusively Creative Markets using images from my social media, website and photos taken during the event of vendor booths (which could include pictures of the vendor) to be used in marketing and promotional material. *
Payment is required within 5 days of acceptance. I understand I may lose my spot to a waitlisted vendor if I fail to pay my market fee. Vendors are required to pay market fees by e-transfer. *
Refunds- I understand that by clicking yes, I will not be refunded if I cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the market. If your cancellation is more than 2 weeks away from the market date you will receive a 50% refund. *
By submitting this form I agree that Walnut Grove Lutheran Church and Exclusively Creative Markets are not liable for any theft, damage or loss to any vendors products or fixtures. *
