2nd Annual NWA Festival Association – Food Trucks & Concession Tents
Thank you for your interest in the 2nd annual NWA Festival held in Bella Vista, AR. We ask that you fill out the application completely. Once approved, you will receive an invoice. There is a $100 nonrefundable deposit required to secure your spot. Once the deposit is received, you will be invoiced for the balance. All invoices MUST be paid IN FULL by the due date, no exceptions.

FESTIVAL MANDATORY OPEN HOURS:
Thursday, October 17 8:00am – 6:00pm
Friday, October 18 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday, October 19 8:00am – 6:00pm
*Option to stay open until Entertainment Tent is closed on Friday and Saturday*
- You will be required to attend and remain set up for the entire event. If you decide to close your Food Truck or Concession Tent early, you will not be accepted to future events.
- All Food vendors (trucks, trailers, tents) will be located in the Food Truck/Concessions Circle
- All food sellers are required to provide their own equipment and permits required by the City of Bella Vista. Permits must be visible to officials.
- Please be advised that all Vendors paying for electricity must provide all their own equipment (power strips, extension cords, etc.).
- Commission is 5% of gross receipts for both Food Trucks and Concession Tents.
