If you choose to hire me as your coach, I will provide you with a customized system to reach your Fat loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition goals. 

I will only accept clients who I know for sure I can help. If I decide I cannot help you based off your application, I will provide you resources or point you to another direction where you can get help. 

I am confident enough in my ability to help you reach your goals such that if you don't see progress in the first month, I will give you a full refund under the condition you did everything I asked training and nutrition wise.

- 4-6 month program designed for prospects competing in bodybuilding. Includes complete training, dieting, posing, recovery, peak week, and weekly check-ins to ensure you're well on your way to stepping on stage.

Physique Mastery
- A program designed to maximize muscle growth without gaining fat using scientifically-backed methods. It is also possible to lose fat in this program. Includes complete training, dieting, weekly check-ins, and recovery. 

Fat-Loss Reboot
- A program designed to drop fat in such a way you won't feel like you're on a diet. You will learn how to lose weight AND keep the weight off while still having the foods you enjoy on a daily-basis. Includes complete training, dieting, weekly-checkins, and recovery

Training Program Template
- A Customized 4 week training program made for your needs, taking into account what equipment you access in order to optimally build muscle
