Event Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in planning an event at Project Excape. We are thrilled to help you in any way we can. Our standard pricing and policies are listed:

Parties:

- To reserve your time, pay a $50 non-refundable fee. This fee will be subtracted from your overall total upon
final payment. A team member will contact you about your payment.

- Up to 10 people (includes the entire business for 2 hours, table(s) and chairs for refreshments you may wish
to provide.) $200
-There is an additional $12 per person in excess of 10 people.

**** There will be a $50 refundable fee that will be returned at the conclusion of the party should nothing be
broken or excessively dirty. ****

Cost Break-Down:
Reservation fee = $50
Event fee (up to 10 people) = $200
Refundable cleaning fee = $50

+5% S.C. Amusement Tax

Corporate events:

- All corporate events will be priced as a party unless the number of participates exceeds 25 people
