Request for Move-Out Date Extension

This is a request for an extension to move out for the end of the Fall 2013 semester. All students who wish to stay past the move-out deadline need to fill out this form.. Due to the university closing December 23, very few extensions will be granted. No extensions beyond December 23 at 9 am will be granted. The request for extension deadline is Friday, December 13, 2013. An email will be sent by December 16, 2013, either granting or denying your request. There is a daily fee of $25.00 for staying past the move-out date unless this fee is waived by the Office of Housing and Residential Life for certain circumstances. Receipt of a move-out extension request past December 13, 2013, will result in a fine of $50.00, in addition to the daily fee if the request is granted. Exceptions will not be made to accommodate work schedules.
