By indicating your acceptance to be a part of the Women Who FKT project, you understand, agree, warrant and covenant as follows: In consideration of the foregoing, I for myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release and discharge the project organizers, project participants, sponsors and supporters for all claims and damages, demands, actions and whatever in any manner arising out of my participation in my FKT attempt or support. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of risk involved in choosing to participate, and I am physically fit and trained to participate in or help with this event. *
