Hello Parent,

Thank you for participating in this short survey. We are planning to open a sensory gym in Concord, CA for children with all abilities and we are looking for some guidance. Who better to ask than parents! Our sensory gym will be an indoor climate controlled playground with opportunities for all children to play and explore.
