* Unlike at other facilities, with Cooking Block you will have the entire cookline and a minimum of 18 feet of worktable space available exclusively for yourself.

At start up we require:

· $500.00 refundable security deposit.

· Proof of Liability Insurance (we have a vendor if needed)

· Health Department License (fast-track, same-day health department license)

Be aware of our Minimum Monthly Rental Policy:

We have a strict $250.00 monthly minimum kitchen rental policy. If booking less than the minimum in a calendar month an invoice for any deficit will be due.
