Fill out the form if you wish to apply to the Youth Exchange granted by the Erasmus+ Programme “Sapori che Uniscono” (United by Flavours - UBF) which will be implemented in Filadelfia (VV), Calabria, Italy 🇮🇹 between 7.05 - 16.05.2026.
Participants must be 18 - 26 years old, except for the Group Leaders who must be 18+ with no upper age limit. Priority will be given to young people with fewer opportunities.

🔎 Main Objectives:
- Promote intercultural dialogue through food as a universal language.
- Empower young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, through non-formal education and cultural exchange.
- Develop digital competences through the creation of a Multimedia Digital Cookbook and podcast storytelling.
- Raise awareness about sustainability practices such as zero food waste and responsible consumption.
- Foster active citizenship and knowledge of Erasmus+ and Youthpass.
👥 5 Participants (18 - 26 yo) + 1 GL (18+) per country
🇪🇺 Partner Countries: Italy, France, Greece, Bulgaria, Türkiye, Romania
✈️ Travel reimbursement: Check the Info Pack for the maximum budget per country.
💶 Food and accommodation are 100% covered by the hosting organization.
