Intermediate/Advanced Summer Intensive Registration Form - August 2025
The Intermediate/Advanced Summer Intensive at Gary Geis School of Dance will be held August 4-8, 2025 from 10:00am - 3:00pm each day with the option to participate in an additional choreography workshop from 3:00 - 5:00pm Monday-Thursday.  This summer program is open to dancers from any local studio age 11+ who are at an Intermediate or Advanced level of ballet (roughly 3+ years experience).  Dancers do not need to be en pointe to participate.    

There is a $50 deposit due within 7 days of registration to reserve your spot in the program (payable in person or over the phone); the remaining tuition balance is due on the first day of the intensive.

Dancers will have a break for lunch each day.  Does your dancer have permission to walk to the shops on Fountain Ave. (Winans, Blended, etc.) and/or eat lunch outside, in a group, during this time, if they desire to do so?

Promotions/Media-

Gary Geis School of Dance takes photographs and/or videos of students, instructors and classes/performances.  Photos and/or videos may be used in social media, brochures, press releases, news articles, websites and other materials (print or online) to assist in promoting the school and its activities/events.

Liability-

A doctor's written permission to study dance will be required from any student whose health warrants caution in physical activity.  Gary Geis School of Dance is not liable for students whose health may be affected by dance training and is not liable for injury during class or while on the premises.
