Please submit your clinical years' honor points here. Please be mindful of using the correct form for your term. Any points submitted to the wrong form will not count towards your total and will need to be resubmitted before the deadline. All clinical students are required to complete 8 hours per year. Hours completed during clinical Terms 1-3 will count towards your M3 hour requirements and any hours completed during clinical Terms 4-5 will count towards your M4 requirements.
