Yearly Residency Update:
Please do not fill this form out unless directed to do so by the Stratton school board.

This form is intended for any previously approved Stratton resident who has a child(ren) in the school district. It should be completed yearly in lieu of the Affidavit of Pupil Residency. This information will help the town appropriately budget costs for the coming year, so it's imperative this form be submitted by April 15th. There is a "Notes" section at the end of this survey for any special circumstances you feel the school board should be made aware of. Thank you, in advance, for your assistance!
